Ammonium Sulfate
Ammonium sulfate is mainly used as a nitrogen fertilizer in agriculture. There are also many other niche applications, such as food additives and drinking water treatment.

Food in all varieties
Since the 1950s SIEBTECHNIK has been a leader as an innovation partner of the international foodstuff industry in the development and supply of centrifuges meeting the needs of the market.
One of the strong points of our special centrifuges, e.g. the multi-stage pusher centrifuges of hygienic design, are applications in direct dewatering of foodstuff. Examples are edible mushrooms, onions and also potato products in the convenience food sector.
In the dairy industry and there in particular in the field of lactose dewatering for the production of baby food, SIEBTECHNIK TEMA centrifuges are representing for over 0 years the worldwide state of the art.
Our customers around the world use the proven CONTURBEX and increasingly our SHORTBOWL decanter for whey separation in the production of lactose for baby food and pharmaceutical lactose with great success. SHORTBOWL decanters and CONTURBEX have to meet the highest hygiene standards, which is why both machine types are fully CIP-cleanable and USDA-certified if required.

Sodium bicarbonate
Sodium hydrogen carbonate (NaHCO₃) is a fine, white, crystalline powder that is often used as a leavening agent. Due to the fineness of the crystals, our SHS pusher centrifuge is particularly suitable for the post-dehydration of baking soda.

Curved-screen Systems
The Curved-screen Systems is a universally applicable classifying and dewatering device. It can be used in almost all branches of industry. For the pre-thickening of suspensions of all kinds, the curved screen is a very economical preliminary stage before centrifuges and dryers. When separating crystalline or fibrous solids from process or waste water and when recovering valuable materials from aqueous media, there is considerable potential for savings.
