A SIEBTECHNIK circular motion screening machine is the classic solution for process engineering tasks in screen classification. They are free-swinging screening machines with a circular oscillating movement, which are mounted on air or helical compression springs. The mass ratios of the screen box and unbalance are optimally matched to each other. In this way, a harmonious oscillating movement can be transmitted to the screened material at all points of the screening machine. The speed and vibration amplitude of the machine can be varied to suit the specific product, thus ensuring a consistently perfect screening result. The robust design using and combining standard components ensures a high degree of flexibility and enables customer-oriented solutions. In addition, machines with low-maintenance running times and a long service life are created.
Our screening machines in the REKORD V (shaft with unbalance), VZ (cell drive) and VR (unbalance motor) series offer separation sizes from 0.8 to 300 mm and a screening surface of 0.5 to approx. 60 m². Depending on the product, the machines can be designed for a vibration amplitude of 2 – 14 mm. The screen bottom inclination is between 10° and 30°, depending on requirements, and the screen structure can comprise between one and three screen decks.
The screen box is designed to accommodate either longitudinally or transversely tensioned screen panels or flat screen panels and, of course, also for system screen panels from different screen panel manufacturers. For dusty screenings, we can supply circular vibrating screens with a dust hood or a closed dust protection box on request. Screening aids in the form of knocking devices or sprayers are also available as an option, individually adapted to your requirements.
