Turbidity sampler
Taking turbidity samples across the entire chute cross-section from vertical, pressure-free pipes.
The spoon sampler is used to sample materials at the gutter or pipe transfer point.
Representative sampling of turbidity is carried out using a sample spoon, which is guided through the material flow in a linear motion at a constant speed. While the sample spoon moves through the suspension flow, a partial flow is continuously separated and discharged via the outlet pipe. The sample material obtained in this way can be collected and further processed via a collecting chute.
The spoon sampler passes through the suspension flow from one of the two waiting positions and stops in the opposite position. The waiting position of the sampling spoon between two withdrawals is inside the material chamber but outside the suspension flow.
Main product flow, so that direct contact between the sample spoon and the material flow is avoided, no installation disturbs the material flow and the sample spoon is not exposed to unnecessary wear.

The Slotted-vessel sampler, also known as a slotted-vessel sampler, is used to sample materials at the belt head or at the belt transfer point.
