Screen Panels

Multotec offers a comprehensive range of modular screen panels for mineral processing. These panels are designed for efficiency, reliability and longevity. Made from materials such as rubber, polyurethane, wedge wire, ceramic and steel, these panels are suitable for a wide range of minerals and applications, including sorting, classifying, dewatering and desliming in coal, iron ore, copper and more. Available in a range of sizes, apertures and panel thicknesses, these panels are designed for easy installation, minimal pegging and blinding, and improved wear life.

Trommel Screens

Multotec, working with most major international mill manufacturers, design screens for optimum impact and abrasion resistance in mill, scrubber and self-driven trommels. Offering complete turnkey solutions, Multotec’s trommel screening specialists provide everything from engineering to installation, commissioning and field service, including spare parts such as screen panels. Tailored to specific process requirements, their trommels feature a range of panel types, drum sizes from 950 to 5,500 mm in diameter, and advanced design through finite element analysis for improved frame life. Capable of dual sizing, these trommels also integrate Hawkeye™ condition monitoring for optimal performance and are used worldwide in industries such as platinum, gold, copper, diamond and mineral sands.

Sieve Bends

Multotec offers a wide range of polyurethane and wedge wire sieve bends and housings, designed for the gold, diamonds, platinum, coal, and iron ore processing industries. These sieve bends are engineered for an even feed distribution and adjustable flow control, making them suitable for media recovery, dewatering, desliming, trash removal, and use alongside vibrating screens. Available in standard arc lengths of 800, 1,200, and 1,600 mm, as well as custom configurations for existing installations, these sieve bends are designed for abrasion and impact resistance. With modular screen panels for easy maintenance, they contribute to enhanced process efficiency and overall plant performance.

Static Screens

Multotec manufactures custom screen decks for static screens using polyurethane or rubber screening media. These decks are designed to reduce the initial load of material before it reaches vibrating screens and are widely used for media recovery, dewatering and desliming. They offer a variety of static screens, typically using standard 305 x 305 mm modular panels with slotted openings. Tailored to specific screening applications, these screens incorporate unique pivots to ensure optimum inclination and screening performance. In addition, sloped apertures guide the flow of screened material. Multotec’s comprehensive range includes static screens of all sizes, complete with feed chute, housing and screen deck.

Centrifuge Baskets

Multotec centrifuge baskets are designed to optimize solid-liquid separation efficiency in industrial centrifuges. Made of 430 stainless steel for abrasion resistance or 304 stainless steel for corrosive environments, these baskets are used worldwide in industries such as coal, chemicals, and food and beverage. They are available in a variety of opening sizes, open area volumes, and profiles to suit different processes. Features such as accelerator bars optimize material speed and reduce wear, while optional wear cones at the feed and discharge ends extend basket life.

CIP / CIL Interstage Screening

Multotec manufactures a range of wedge wire cylinder screens for CIP and CIL tanks, custom designed for gold processing plants with options in aperture size, profiles, diameters and lengths to suit specific applications. The range includes Bonanza screens for operations up to 50 m3/h and Kambalda screens for up to 350 m3/h, both of which can be easily retrofitted to existing tanks. Constructed of stainless steel, these screens are designed for efficient carbon recovery with fast manufacturing and delivery times.

Screen Frames & Rail Systems

Multotec offers a comprehensive range of screen frames and rail systems for static and vibrating screens in mineral processing plants. Their customized screen decks, designed for easy installation with different panel types, improve classification efficiency and performance. The range includes box frames, bolted frames, dewatering screen frames and side tension frames, all of which can be adapted to the needs of the machine and application, with various construction types and finishes for extended service life. In addition, Multotec’s screen rail systems, such as the patented Saddle Top™ and T-bar systems, provide robust mounting solutions that simplify maintenance and panel replacement, ensuring maximum screening uptime and cost efficiency.
