Our highly skilled engineers and technicians are passionate about developing machines and systems that not only deliver top performance, but also meet high environmental standards.

We also work closely with our customers to develop individual solutions that meet their specific needs while promoting environmental protection. We understand the importance of a sustainable value chain and help our customers achieve their own sustainability goals.

Our machines, processes and components help to significantly reduce CO2 emissions, resource consumption, water pollution and waste in production worldwide.
In particular, our efficient mechanical dehumidification, achieved through a very broad portfolio of application-optimised centrifuges, helps to save energy and thus CO₂ during the subsequent drying process.

We have been awarded the ECOVADIS certificate.

Social commitment

SIEBTECHNIK GmbH places particular emphasis on social and community engagement alongside its successful business activities. This is due to a strong regional connection, which is supported by family tradition, as well as a pronounced sense of responsibility towards employees, particularly with regard to securing the future and sustainability.

Commitment to training

For decades SIEBTECHNIK GmbH has offered technical apprenticeships for industrial mechanics and commercial apprenticeships for industrial clerks. The basis for this is the German training framework, in which theoretical training at vocational school and practical training in the company complement each other.

Internships

SIEBTECHNIK GmbH offers various internships, including for the children of employees.

Company fund

The family has set up an emergency fund to support employees with extraordinary expenses. Management and the works council decide on applications together.

Girls’ Day

SIEBTECHNIK GmbH participates in the Girls’ Day project every year. Girls’ Day is a nationwide day of action for schoolgirls. On Girls’ Day, participating companies, businesses and universities throughout Germany open their doors to female pupils from the 5th grade onwards. The aim is to introduce girls to technical apprenticeships and courses of study in which women have been underrepresented in the past. Alternatively, they get to know female role models in management positions.

Employee anniversaries

We are proud to celebrate 25th and 40th anniversaries of service with our employees every year. We honour an average of 5 to 10 employees per year at a special evening event.
